- No Returns on Research Chemicals
All products sold by Renova Peptides UK are research‑use‑only materials.
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
This applies to:
opened or unopened vials
peptides exposed to temperature changes
products removed from their packaging
any item returned without prior approval

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will require:

clear photos of the packaging and product

- Lost Shipments
